Refund/ Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. Within 14 days of receipt of the item(s), if there are any defects with item(s) reach out to @officialpressdesign@gmail.com.

To request a return, you can contact @officialpressdesign@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, a shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item will be sent to you.

Damages/ Issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt of items and contact us immediately if  wrong size/item is received or if item(s) are damaged or found defective. Notify us of issue with item within 5 days of receipt and we will work to make it right!

 

Non Returnable Items

Due to the nature of customized items, returns will not be accepted. However, if items are damaged upon receipt. Follow steps in refund policy and if a inquiry is approved, a refund will be processed.

Items on sale are not eligible for for return or refund.
